Get ready to geek out on pizza:  the brick-oven masters at Forno Bravo and baking guru Peter Reinhart joined forces to create Pizza Quest, a website devoted to artisanship in all things, but especially in the realm of pizza.

Videos of pizzerias & pizziaolos at work, recipes, recipes, technique tips, ingredient sources, a discussion forum:  it’s all stuffed into one big, tasty site.  A few minutes on this site, and I’m now doomed to making pizza for lunch.  Nothing else will do.
