Cochon’s special New Year’s Eve menu

Chef Donald Link is serving up a special menu at Cochon for New Year’s Eve.  Choose from starters like cured swordfish or paneed pig’s foot and move on to duck gumbo, roasted pork knuckle, braised beef cheeks.  Finish up with chocolate cream pie & satsuma caramel, or Ponchatoula strawberry pie.  The special menu runs $65 per person.
