It looked better on day three! It’s not lofty, bubbly, or domed, and it hasn’t risen/fallen (though it does smell and taste sour). A cool front blew in this weekend; the temperature of my kitchen fell to 65 degrees, so I’m not seeing much activity at all. Dan Leader’s sourdough instructions say not to give up before reaching 9 days….my would-be sourdough is only halfway there.
