Tomorrow is Good Friday–which means (at my house anyway) a backyard full of family & friends eating boiled crawfish & crabs, crawfish tamales (pictured, click here for recipe), grilled shrimp salad, tuna and peanut soba noodles, homemade ice cream sandwiches, mint lemonade, ginger iced tea, and who knows what else.
However you celebrate Easter (or Pesach), may you have a peaceful, pleasant holiday weekend.
