Cuisinart paid Eric Ripert to create recipes suitable for its Brick Oven toaster oven, and he managed to produce respectable food out of the experience. Zucchini mint parmesan frittata (pictured) is simple, classic, and lovely; other recipes include goat cheese truffles, raspberry clafoutis, and mustard-crusted salmon.
