The Ashe Cultural Arts Center (1712 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd) is the site for tonight’s “Let the Food Trucks Roll” symposium and rally (Tuesday, July 24th) from 6-9 pm. Hosted by the Institute for Justice, Neighborland, New Orleans Food Truck Coalition,Good Work Network, Ashé Cultural Arts Center, Southern Food and Beverage Museum and the Oretha Castle Haley Merchants & Business Association, the symposium will address current regulatory & licensing obstacles facing food trucks operating in Orleans Parish.
Of course, the evening will conclude with food from Taceaux loceaux , la cocinita, Ms. linda “the yakamein lady”, Empanada Intifada, Foodie Call, Rue Chow, Nola Foods, and Ye Olde Kettle Cooker.
