A welcome new addition to Louisiana’s developing network of direct-sales food markets:  Lafourche Parish begins construction this week on a new farmers’ and fishers’ market near the intersection of LA 1 and US 90 (see map here), right in the center of the parish.   Completion is scheduled for July.
