SOMA chocolates

Now in my hands, straight from Toronto:  a disk of SOMA Peruvian dark chocolate, studded with green raisins, candied orange peel, dried apricots, etc. 

It’s almost too lovely to eat.  Note that I said almost.

SOMA is a bean-to-bar chocolatemaker, turning out caramels, truffles, pralines, and an array of gorgeous bars (or rounds) like the one above.

Aren’t edible souvenirs the best?
