This Weekend: Absinthe in Art and Literature with Todd Price

 Todd Price, the author of a weekly Times Picayune alcohol column, discusses the cultural significance of absinthe and how it ties New Orleans not just to France but also to other European countries. The lecture will be followed by an absinthe tasting/demonstration.

After Todd’s absinthe presentation, the museum will celebrate the opening of the new exhibit “New Orleans con Sabor Latino” with a reception from 4 pm to 7 pm.
