    • No way…I have no interest in TV. I hardly ever turn the thing on. I do like the Food Network’s website; I find it a handy source for recipe ideas.

  1. I don’t even have cable, have never seen the show, but have been told I should try and do it, and have never thought about doing it, and then you send the blog post (which is the only blog I follow) and say that they are in new orleans, so i thought maybe the stars were lining up, so I went (which is not like me at all), but I thoght I had a good show, and I am passionate about spreading my message. I didn’t get a call back, but I’m going to keep writing, and keeping buying and preparing foods from my local farmers market, and…I might go back!
I made sure to list yout blog on the application when they asked how I heard about the casting call 😉

    • Sounds like your audition was a positive experience….did you see any of the other tryouts or applicants? Just wondering if they had big turnout.
