Neapolitan breakfast

Sfogliatella riccia and an espresso at Scaturchio: the ideal start to a day in Naples.  The 110-year-old pastry shop/cafe, right in the heart of Spaccanapoli, offers both sfogliatella riccia (the crisp, flaky kind) and frolla (softer, more pastry-like), wrapped around a warm, sweetened ricotta filling studded with candied fruit and spices.
