Calling all un- (or under-) employed chefs:  wanna be an instructor at culinary school?  The John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State in Thibodaux is hiring.  Two instructor positions are open, and the pay is $40K a year with benefits.  Not too shabby, especially in a down economy.
