I celebrated the first night of Chanukah a few days ago with a hot pastrami sandwich on an onion roll at the Kosher Cajun Deli in Metairie.  The only thing better than the pastrami at Kosher Cajun?  The sweet potato fries, which are really made-in-house sweet potato chips.
