Eagle-eyed reader Rhonda spotted this sign outside the Hong Kong Market on Behrman Highway.  It’s a PHO FESTIVAL, this weekend!

The weather forecast calls for constant clouds and relentless rain to be dumped by a tropical depression-cum-storm, so steaming bowls of pho sound perfect.

According to the sign pictured in the photo, it happens from 10 am to 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday, at 935 Behrman (the location of Hong Kong Market).

If your trip to Grand Isle or Grayton Beach or Gueydan was rained out, head to Gretna instead.
