The Louisiana Restaurant Association offers gift certificates (see here), which just might be the perfect present for all the hard-to-buy-for friends and relations on your holiday gift list.  The certificates are good at hundreds of participating restaurants across the state, so you can cross off the list great-Aunt Gertrude in Geismar, cousin Chu-Chut in Choudrant, and uncle Antoine in Alexandria.  (Also a good gift for your friend the traveling salesman.)
