I can’t wait to see the mobile ice cream cart out on the Mardi Gras parade route.  Gelato is way tastier than cardboard pizza, sausage & peppers, or the petrified cotton candy sold by scary Mardi Gras pushcart vendors.

Too bad the cart can’t accomodate a mobile espresso machine.
