So maybe I’m the last person to figure this out, but eBay has a Food & Wine category.  I’m off to see what sort of bargains, oddities, and potential food poisoning lurks within…the buffalo, beef, & turkey jerky sub-category alone has 930 listings!  But seriously–would YOU buy miscellaneous jerky of uncertain provenance over the internet?
