One perfect cappucino in an antique demitasse from Elm Hall plantation in Assumption parish near Napoleonville, stirred with a silver spoon (Fairfax by Durgin, circa 1910). Beats the coffee shop’s paper cups by a mile, especially since I don’t even have to leave the house for this one.
I would need a cup of cappucino like that every morning. Looking good!
I’ve since upgraded to a Bar del Cappuccino cup; sometimes you need quantity, too.
