Houma-based grocery company Rouses purchased grocery stores in Long Beach, MS and Diamondhead, MS.  The new stores open this week.  Now the good people of the Mississippi Gulf Coast can enjoy the jalapeno sausage, hogshead cheese, boudin, tasso, and andouille made by Rouses meat department.  With every Rouses’ opening, it gets easier to eat like a bayou cajun.  Isn’t that a good thing?
