Iron Chef America’s first and only female Iron Chef, Cat Cora, will make a personal appearance, host a cooking demonstration, and sign her latest cookbook at Macy’s Lakeside.

Who:
Chef Cat Cora, author of two cookbooks, Cat Cora’s Kitchen and Cooking from the Hip: Fast, Easy, Phenomenal Meals, introduces her newest cookbook Classics With a Twist: Fresh Takes on Favorite Dishes. Cat will demonstrate how to simplify complicated classic recipes with quick, healthy twists! After the demo, Cat will sign copies of her book.
